My friend signed up with TIOmarkets but didn’t use my introducing link. Can I still get paid for that friend?
Currently our system only recognises friends who sign up with referral links. If they sign up directly through TIOmarkets, then they won’t be recognised as a friend. If you believe a friend has signed up with your link but doesnt show up on your app, please email [email protected] with your name, introducers link, and details of your friend who signed up, in order for us to investigate your case.
